Due to the nature of the services provided (including but not limited to discussions, tarot or energy readings, spiritual consultations, energy healing, cord cutting, hook/cord releasing, and other metaphysical/spiritual services), all sales are final. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I aim to be fair and flexible within reason.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for completed services under any circumstances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time.

If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or if you miss the session entirely, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be considered forfeited, with no refund, at my discretion.

While rare, I reserve the right to reschedule a session at any time due to unforeseen personal or technical issues. In such cases, you will be offered a new session time at no additional charge.

Unused Services: If you purchase a package of services, you are responsible for scheduling and using those services. No refunds will be issued for any unused sessions within a package.

Technical Issues: If a session is disrupted by technical issues (e.g. Zoom or internet connectivity problems) that cannot be resolved promptly, I reserve the right to:

Complete the session via telephone, or

Offer one complimentary rescheduling of the session.
